How Beautiful Inside Out Started?
I started Intermittent Fasting in 2018 and the Ketogenic diet in 2019 and this way, I began a journey that wouldn’t only transform my own life but also enable me to make a difference in the lives of others. Unlike most health blogs, my start wasn’t filled with inspiring revelations or a newfound vitality. Instead, it was driven by the struggles I witnessed my mom and mom-in-law endure.
Watching them battle various health issues and constantly needing rehabilitation and medical consultations was a wake-up call for me. It ignited a passion within me to prioritize my well-being and take charge of my health not only with Intermittent Fasting and the Ketogenic diet but being open up to health strategies that help to slow down timing on the body and brain. Their experiences made me realize the importance of preserving and enhancing my health to ensure a radiant future.
I couldn’t longer ignore the signs of my declining beauty and health. Every aspect of my well-being seemed to suffer from reflux, visible acne, a protruding belly, a constant runny nose (even in the summertime), and mental fuzziness after meals. The toll of a sedentary lifestyle and long working hours left me physically drained and mentally exhausted. Something had to change.
With newfound determination, I boldly decided to leave behind the suffocating corporate environment and embark on a new journey. Starting my own health and wellness blog felt like the natural path forward. I immersed myself in specialized courses, eager to expand my knowledge and acquire the skills needed to help others lead healthier lives.
In 2023 I launched my health coaching services, promoting holistic well-being through personalized physical activity routines, dietary guidance, stress management, and motivational support. I want to inspire others to prioritize their health and take appropriate action to regain control of their health and embrace a more vibrant lifestyle.
